In briefanswer capsule

Finglas, also called Leaflock, ranks among the three first Ents still living who knew the forests ahead of the Darkness; the others are Fangorn and Fladrif. Treebeard says he has grown almost tree-like and inert: each summer he stands half dozing with grass at his knees, body clad in leafy hair. He once stirred in winter, but later stayed too sluggish even then for long walks. Treebeard expects little aid from him now.
