Fuinur

Fuinur was a Númenórean turncoat of high rank among the Haradrim. While Sauron dwelt in Númenor, almost its whole people leaned into shadow; many who later raised coastal fortresses in Middle-earth remained his willing servants. Gil-galad’s strength kept most such formidable, wicked chieftains from the north, so they fixed their seats far south. There, with Herumor, he grew mighty among that broad and merciless folk living southward from Mordor past Anduin’s mouths.
