In briefanswer capsule

Ciryon was the third son of Isildur. He fell at the Gladden Fields when Orcs out of the Misty Mountains struck Isildur’s camp between the Greenwood and the Great River near Loeg Ningloron. Nearly all of Isildur’s people died there, and with them the three elder sons Elendur, Aratan, and Ciryon. Isildur’s wife and youngest son Valandil had been left in Imladris.
