In briefanswer capsule

Folcwine (TA 2830–2903) ruled Rohan once its people had regained power after long losses. He drove the Dunlendings from the west-march between Adorn and Isen. Mindful of earlier Gondorian aid, he sent numerous warriors to the Steward when the Haradrim struck hard. Barred from leading them, he despatched Folcred and Fastred, twins born in 2858; both died in Ithilien in 2885. Túrin II then paid him a large gold weregild.
